Stephanie Matlock is the Founder of Empower Your Journey Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals build financial confidence and create lasting change through education, encouragement, and practical tools.
With more than 25 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial consulting, Stephanie has helped hundreds of individuals and business owners better understand their finances and make informed financial decisions. As the Founder and CEO of Empower Bookkeeping Firm, she has witnessed firsthand that financial challenges often have less to do with intelligence and more to do with access to education, confidence, and support.
That realization inspired the creation of Empower Your Journey Foundation.
Stephanie believes that financial peace is possible for everyone—not because they earn more money, but because they learn how to make their money work with purpose. Through workshops, community outreach, speaking engagements, and educational resources, she is committed to helping people strengthen their financial foundation while also nurturing the mindset needed to build a brighter future.
